About Institution
ADTEC Kulim is one of the training institutes under the administration of the Department of Manpower (KSM). It was established in 2000 under the Seventh Malaysia Plan (7MP) and was officially opened by YAB Dato 'Seri Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi, Prime Minister of Malaysia on 11 January 2003.
