The International Open College (IOC) was set up as an entity under METEOR Learning Sdn Bhd, providing educational opportunities primarily for fresh school leavers.
The College?s main objective is to produce quality graduates considering the unique mode of teaching and learning which leverages on OUM?s proven delivery mechanism and vast expertise.
IOC?s establishment in 2010 and its subsequent rebranding and launch in November 2012 are a symbol of growth for the METEOR and OUM family.
