Hulu Langat Community College (KKHL) started operating in March 2003 by boarding at Kajang Technical Secondary School, then offering two courses, namely Certificate of Cooling and Air Conditioning and Certificate in Information Technology. In July 2006, the Information Technology Unit moved to the Plaza Citra rental building, Kajang. In 2008, the Diploma in Facilities Management and Maintenance Program was implemented in the form of "Work Based Learning" but was postponed to 2010. On 5 May 2009, Hulu Langat Community College moved to Prima Saujana, Kajang. The building, which has an area of ??Lot 1502 square meters, has facilities such as lecture rooms, lecture halls, workshops, computer labs, libraries, cooking workshops, sewing workshops and several other facilities. Full Time Courses offered here are Certificate in Cooling and Air Conditioning Technology (SPU), Certificate in Information Technology (STM) and Certificate in Business Operations (SPP).
