About Institution
Rompin Community College was built in 2003 on a 15-acre site in Kuala Rompin sub-district with a construction cost of RM13.9 million. There are 7 building blocks which include administration blocks, laboratories and workshops.
Initially, Rompin Community College operates at Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Technical Secondary School, Jalan Endau-Rompin and has moved to a permanent campus at Km5, Jalan Rompin-Pekan since August 2004. The college has started taking its first students throughout June 2003. Like other Community Colleges, Rompin Community College was established to provide specialized education and training opportunities to Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) graduates before entering the labor market.
