A subsidiary of KLIA Premier Holdings Sdn. Bhd., KLIA College was established in 2008 as a response to Malaysia?s need for talented and skilled individuals who can contribute in developing various industrial sectors within and outside the country. After the success of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in June 1998, the KLIA Training & Research Center (KLIA Training) was created in 2001. This institution created experts in the fields of Construction Management, Planning and Management of Airports, Occupational Safety and Health
Oil and Gas, Railway Planning and Management, and Project Management. KLIA College has partnered with several local and international universities to strengthen its position as one of the most respected integrated procedure trainers in the country. Some of these universities are Universiti Kuala Lumpur ? Malaysia Institute of Aviation Technology (MIAT-UNIKL), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Kolej Universiti Islam Perlis (KUIPS), and Coventry University in the United Kingdom.
