Kok Lanas Community College was operational on 01 June 2005 at a temporary campus at Kota Bharu Polytechnic and now Kok Lanas Community College has established a permanent campus located at Jalan Pangkal Kalong, Kok Lanas on 01 April 2009. This college offers certificate level studies in the areas of Creative Multimedia Advertising, Beauty Therapy and Spa, Hairdressing as well as short courses with a variety of interesting courses.
Kok Lanas Community College was established to meet the social needs and manpower needs in line with the government's policy to produce more skilled workers. For the locals, this college has the role of exposing them to the short courses offered. Community College graduates have the opportunity to fill the needs of the industrial workforce in related skill areas or open their own business.
