The six-hectare campus with a capacity of 3,000 students is located in the strategic and conducive environment of Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It is 12 kilometers from the city center and 3 kilometers from Sultan Ismail Petra Airport.
KTD Campus is in the education corridor surrounded by several Institutions of Higher Learning, namely Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Kota Bharu Teaching Institute (IPG), Asia Pacific Aviation Institute, Perkim Islamic Da'wah Institute (IDIP) and Training and Industrial Institute (ILP). KTD is also located next to the Pengkalan Chepa Industrial Area where the College has benefited by establishing a relationship with the Association of Tenants of the MARA Industrial Area (PEWAKIM).
