Kolej Vokasional Kuala Kangsar

KUALA KANGSAR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE or its short name KVKK is located in Padang Rengas, 12 KM from the Royal City of Kuala Kangsar . KVKK has an area of ??approximately 21 hectares in addition to a peaceful green panaroma with the background of Mount Bubu and Mount Pondok . Formerly KVKK was known as Kuala Kangsar Vocational Secondary School (SMVKK). On 1 January 2013, in line with the Transformation of Vocational Education SMVKK has been upgraded as a Kuala Kangsar Vocational College until now.

Six KVKK Academic Departments consisting of the Department of Business, Department of Electrical & Electronics Technology, Department of Mechanical & Manufacturing, Department of Hospitality & Tourism, Department of Care & Community Services and Department of General Education are ready to offer quality courses through professional and trained academics. The school started operating in 1989 and is known as Kuala Kangsar Vocational Secondary School . In January 1997 it was upgraded to Kuala Kangsar Technical Secondary School. Then in January 2009 it was changed back to Kuala Kangsar Vocational Secondary School which is more focused on Vocational Stream Subjects (MPAV) . In line with the Transformation of Vocational Education, once again, it has been transformed into Kuala Kangsar Vocational College (KVKK) in January 2013.
