Politeknik Banting Selangor

Banting Selangor Polytechnic (PBS) is the 24th polytechnic out of 32 Malaysian polytechnics. PBS has started operating on temporary campuses in 2007 with the first cohort intake in January 2008 Session. The first intake of students on this permanent campus was in the December 2012 Session with a total of 165 students.
PBS always gives priority to knowledge sharing and industry relations where educators are encouraged to participate in industry, research and development projects. This effort opens the door to the exchange of ideas and expertise with institutions and industries to produce graduates who are skilled, competent, ready for a career and have high marketability values. Thus, PBS intends to further expand the network and collaborative relationship with the industry on an ongoing basis. With that, students will be able to equip themselves to be more industry literate, resilient with the right set of minds towards the achievement of a high-income country workforce. This initiative will continue to be a priority to further strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of students.
