RISDA is a Federal Statutory Body under the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB) and was established on 1 January 1973 under the authority approved by Parliament: -
The RISDA Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority Act is Act 85 of 1972
Rubber Industry Fund (Replanting) Ordinance 1952.
